Founded in January 1980, the company Irmãos Mota S.A., headquartered in Vila Nova de Gaia, has as its main activity the construction of structures and body for heavy passenger transportation.

Its range of products integrates tourism, intercity, urban and school segments. With a production of more than 200 units / year and a turnover of approximately twenty-two million euros, it is one of the main Portuguese companies in the sector. Currently, we are selling on national and international grounds. The share capital of the company is made up of the aggregation of private capital, of which 50% belong to three brothers and the remaining capital is made up of 29 major passenger transport companies.

QUALITY POLICY

The policy demonstrates the commitment of the Administration to the implementation of the requirements of the Quality Management System according to the model defined in the NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard adapted to our organization and type of business, and the framework to establish, previously defined.
It was the company's concern to define the Quality Policy so as to be compatible with its objectives, customer needs and continuous improvement through the following commitments:

- To convey to our customers the confidence that we have the technical and human capacity to provide consistently and systematically the level of Quality required to meet their needs and expectations;

- Ensure the updating and management of Regulations and legislation applicable to the activity sector;

- Ensure the operation of the Quality Management System, based on the NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard, which ensures the fulfillment of the Quality Objectives in a perspective of continuous improvement.

Irmãos Mota S.A. undertakes to comply with the requirements of Quality Standard NP EN ISO 9001: 2015, as well as the regulations applicable to its area of activity.
